She has contributed hundreds of articles to online publications like Buzzfeed, Elephant Journal, Married and Young, and Woman Around Town. She is also a correspondent to the Henry Herald Newspaper. As a children's book editor, Jan has worked on the entire Scrappy-n-Rail collection by Robert Crewe and his latest book/song "The Hip Hop Praise Circle." She also edited Felicia Huntington Caper's "Enough of Frankie Already." As a mother of a two year old, a wife, and a freelance writer, Jan fits in her own creative writing. In 2012, she published the short fiction book, "Passage to Heaven." Jan has dedicated her life to helping others through her words, whether through spoken word or through the children's writing workshop she developed with Tabernacle of Praise Christian Academy. |
