He is a leading expert in legal theory and has published foundational research within the areas of jurisprudence, the separation of powers and the relationship between institutional design and notions of justice, with a recent focus on international courts.Capps, Patrick: - Patrick Capps is a Professor of International Law at the University of Bristol. He teaches in the areas of Public International Law and the Philosophy of Law. He has held visiting positions at the University of Melbourne, the University of Cambridge and the University of Copenhagen. |
