Contributor Bio(s): Ebrahim, Hozefa: - Hozefa Ebrahim is a Consultant in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine, Heartlands Hospital, University Hospitals Birmingham, and College Tutor for Anaesthesia at the Heart of England Foundation NHS Trust. He has been teaching postgraduate anaesthesia and intensive care medicine for ten years, and has previously published Practice Single Best Answer Questions for the Final FRCA (Cambridge, 2012).Khambalia, Hussein: - Hussein Khambalia is a Surgical Registrar in the North West Deanery. He is a transplant trainee, specialising in kidney and pancreas transplantation, multi-organ retrieval and vascular access surgery. He has demonstrated anatomy at Guys Hospital, Kings College Hospital and St Thomas' Medical School and is currently also an Honorary Lecturer at the University of Manchester. Mr Khambalia's research interests include peri-operative optimisation and risk prediction in pancreas transplantation, pre-operative pancreas allograft assessment and DCD donor assessment.Clarke, Michael: - Michael Clarke is a Consultant in Anaesthesia and Pain Management for the Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust.
