Atman & Neuroscience, This Book explains how these words relate to our Evolution. Atman, a word found most commonly to relate to Hinduism (a word the English used to describe a couple of Millenniums of Spiritual growth in India), but not limited to. Atman is also a Sanskrit word that means 'inner-self' or 'soul'. It means; Breath (life source), Supreme Spirit, Universal Soul, or source of all Souls. It exists in a Higher Plane (Spiritual) just beyond the reach of our physical senses. But we were not made that simple. As a philosophical topic we were designed to exist on a level way beyond the limitations of our every day's physical world. We need to become one with the true world we were meant to live in. We weren't just designed to function on a physical Plane, we also exist on a spiritual one too. This is the Evolved level above that of our physical being. It dictates many of our most important aspects in life, such as conscience, love, remorse, and pity. It is the Atman, the true origin of life. Without it we are no different than the animals. Though the way many people treat others today makes you wonder if they are even human. Atman is that which makes the other organs and faculties function and for which indeed they function; it also underlies all the activities of a person, as Brahman (the Absolute) underlies the workings of the Universe. Atman is part of the Universal Brahman, with which it can commune or even fuse. So fundamental was the Atman deemed to be that certain circles identified it with Brahman. Of the various systems (Brahman) of Hindu Thought, Vedanta is also one that is particularly concerned with the Atman. We know we have a Sub-Conscious Mind, and that it exists on many different levels, but not on a physical level. Though our Brain needs our physical senses to navigate though the world, as we know it, we still need to become complete as we were meant to be with a Mind free from the clutter of our physical senses. A world, in which we are no longer, trapped in false hoods and illusions. One in which our Will becomes One with our true reality; in a higher state of Awareness, with greater healing powers, and a true knowledge of the real world around us. This State is the Evolved Mind a state in which we become One with the Universal Energy of Creation. This is not new knowledge; it has been possible for a log time. Neuroscience is just one of many words that describe the complexity of our journey to the Evolved Mind. Traditionally, Neuroscience has been seen as a branch of biology. However, it is currently an interdisciplinary science that collaborates with other fields such as chemistry, computer science, engineering, linguistics, mathematics, medicine (including Neurology), genetics, and allied disciplines including philosophy, physics, and psychology. It also exerts influence on other fields, such as Neuroeducation and Neurolaw. The term Neurobiology is usually used interchangeably with the term Neuroscience, although the former refers specifically to the biology of the Nervous System, whereas the latter refers to the entire science of the Nervous System. The scope of Neuroscience has broadened to include different approaches used to study the molecular, cellular, developmental, structural, functional, evolutionary, computational, and medical aspects of the Nervous System. The techniques used by Neuroscientists have also expanded enormously, from molecular and cellular studies of individual nerve cells to imaging of sensory and motor tasks in the brain. Recent theoretical advances in Neuroscience have also been aided by the study of neural networks. In 2003 NASA proved that a frequency of 9.6 to 10 Hz resulted in a cellular genetic signature, switching from mature to developmental within a 17 to 20 days exposure. So If one could restore Mitochondria's integrity simultaneously with a reduced oxidative load, then true age reversal could even be pos
