Their works have been published in USA, UK, Canada, France, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, and South America. Haus Estudio runs its own school of art and, as a group, organized the biggest Latin American comic-book convention, among many other shows and exhibitions. The group also travels around the country and abroad attending conventions and giving lectures. Haus Estudio is a multi-style arts studio, specializing in comics and illustration. Its offices are located in Buenos Aires, Argentina, but the group works for various companies, publishers, and writers around the world.Hoena, Blake A.: - Blake A. Hoena grew up in central Wisconsin, where he wrote stories about robots conquering the moon and trolls lumbering around the woods behind his parents house. He now lives in Minnesota and continues to write about fun things like space aliens and superheroes. Blake has written more than fifty chapter books and graphic novels for children.Weakland, Mark Andrew: - Mark Weakland wears many hats. As an author, he's written books for teachers, including Super Core!: Turbocharging Your Basal Reading Program with More Reading, Writing, and Word Work, published by the International Reading Association. His book topics for children include sports, bacteria, comets, and poetry. Mark's also a reading specialist. He teaches kindergarten children, third graders, parents, and teachers.
