She currently works as a freelance artist on various Animation and illustration projects.Bybee, Veeda: - Veeda Bybee grew up collecting passport stamps and dreaming of castles in far off places. A daughter of Asian immigrants, she has been writing and drawing pictures since she was seven years old. A former journalist, she has an MFA in Creative Writing from the Vermont College of Fine Arts. She lives in Nevada with her family where she reads, writes and bakes.Rogers, Andrea L.: - Andrea L. Rogers is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma and a graduate of the Low Rez program at the Institute for American Indian Arts. She teaches art at an all girls public school and is the mom of three daughters. She grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and she currently lives in Fort Worth, Texas, where she serves on the board for the Fort Worth Public Library.Smith, Nikki Shannon: - Nikki Shannon Smith is from Oakland, California, but she now lives in the Central Valley with her husband and two children. She has worked in Elementary Education for over twenty-five years, and writes everything from picture books to young adult novels.
