| Publisher Description: There have been so-called UFO sightings for a long time in the history of man. The relatively recent one, causing a great deal of alarm occurred near Roswell, NM. (These occurred at two sites; the furthest about 75 miles North West of Roswell, NM, the closer about 30 miles NW of town. The Roswell UFO incident took place in the U.S. in June or early July 1947, when an airborne object crashed and was reported prior to July 8, on a ranch near Roswell, New Mexico. This was reported from the furthest site. This book's author believes that many of these sightings are real events. My question is not whether they came and are coming, but WHERE IS THEIR ORIGIN This question will be answered positively for those holding to Biblical Faith as their standard and the LORD Jesus The Messiah as their Saviour from Sins eternal penalty. It is hoped that many of the pictures and illustrations might be used in the evangelization process. We have attempted to show evidence for the existence of UFO's and occupants, as a means to understand the world system for these last times. The TV programs abound whose titles are e.g., Ancient Aliens, Hangar 1, etc. These when followed to their conclusions have as do the NEW AGE Folks, an Eschatology that posits a Rapture. {Grk. harpazo: catching up-away; 2 Co 12:2, 4; 1 Th 4:17.} Theirs, however, is that the UFOs will remove believers from the earth so those remaining won't have to have this negative force to deal with when the earth proceeds to its GOLDEN ERA of WORLD Peace, and Plenty. The problem of these folks Left Behind will be eventually, the second death at the Great White Throne Judgment, where none but the unsaved for all dispensations will appear and all will be cast into the Lake of Fire. Rev 20:11-15. Norman E. Carlson - BIO The author was founder and president of Aerospace Associates Inc.(AAI) of Colo. Spr. CO. In the Defense Industry, he has been employed as a Radar Systems Engineer, a Senior Software Engineer, and a Systems Consultant. Through AAI, he was an industry consultant for 20 years. With AAI, Carlson has done research in agriculture, aquaculture, railroad safety and monitoring. He helped design and install some of our largest Missile warning radar systems, BMEWS and PAVE PAWS. He developed Req. Specs. Math. specs, for space projects (DSP and MCCC) He taught courses in algebra, trigonometry, calculus, differential equations, vector analysis, theory of equations, and Radar systems. He is presently retired from scientific work. As a professional musician, he played in small combos around the Seattle area and Alaska. After converting to Christianity in 1964, he appeared as a soloist at the greater Fairbanks Crusade for Christ, the Evangelical Booksellers National Convention in Colo. Springs, performances at churches as a rep. of the Western Conservative Baptist Seminary, often at churches in WA, OR, AK, and CO. He also made three LP recordings. Swede was a professional ski instructor from 1987 until 1999. As an ordained minister he was a full time pastor/teacher, as a missionary helping to start 4 local churches; three in the Colorado Springs Area and one in Alaska. He has taught Greek, Hebrew, Hermeneutics, Homiletics, Systematic Theology, New Testament Textual Criticism, and Apologetics, in home, Church school, Bible College, and Seminary. He addressed several Bible Conferences including the western regional conference for the American Missionary Fellowship. His latest Venture was the founding and incorporation of the Colorado Free Bible College (the CFBC). His list of Aerospace and other scientific publications include more than 250 documents generated for many employers in the defense industry. One of these written in 1962 is a book on orbital mechanics as applied to satellites and ballistic missiles. In the area of Biblical Studies he has written and or edited 14 books used by The CFBC. |
