David and his six sons moved to Scituate in 1735. From there the Yaw and Yeaw families moved to Vermont, New York and many points throughout the United States. Most of the families descended from Joseph stayed to Rhode Island and many are Rhode Island residents to this day. This book contains the records of the Yaw-Yeaw connections with the Adams family of Massachusetts and the John Steinbeck family of California. |
