Publisher Description:

The second title in our Masters Series, Yarrow and Smoke is William O'Daly's love song to gray valley and starless river, to the parched land where he has built his life among beached cans and bottles, waiting for rain. Come. Visit O'Daly's magical valley. Hear "the silence of a sunlit yard," see "the pure white of absence." Sit at the edge of firelight. Taste the night wind steeped in yarrow and smoke.
