With her first steps into the world Tiffany Williamson worked in the oil industry before her many years in the medical field. She was even 2013 arm wrestling champion. Tiffany now lives in Maryland with her husband and 2 children. Turning her pain into passion Tiffany created the HI Syndrome Foundation and an ice cream in remembrance of her daughter. The ice cream is called Torri's Birthday Cake, which is a vanilla base custard with confetti cake and purple buttercream frosting. The purple frosting is to represent epilepsy awareness.
