Contributor Bio(s): McDonald, Joe: - Joe (along with his wife Mary Ann) McDonald are the most prolific and active husband-wife wildlife and nature photography team in the United States today. They have been leading photo safaris to East Africa and South America for nearly thirty years, and photo tours to Yellowstone and to Arizona for even longer. In 2016, they completed their 100th Mountain Gorilla trek in Rwanda--the world record for non-researchers! They have written multiple books and have been the most successful husband/wife photo team in the prestigious BBC Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition. Joe and Mary Ann are also Contributing Editors to Nature Photography magazine, writing a regular feature each issue.
