It is indexed by surname only. A sample entry: "p. 212: Green C. Stotts, 4 Nov. 1876, wife Mary Jane Stotts, children not named, executor Thomas B. Turk, witnesses George W. Stotts, Robert G. Stotts, probated 10 November 1876." Some have additional notes: (ex: "If gabriel (sic) Robertson shall stay on the farm with my wife and son George W.
