| Publisher Description: I love working with people to give them images that help to convey their personality. All too often people complain that portraits look staged, stuffy, or they don't recognise themselves in the photograph. I particularly like helping people who are nervous in front of the camera to be more relaxed and for them to actually enjoy the process. This is a small collection of photos of some of the beautiful people I have had the pleasure of working with. |
Contributor Bio(s): McDermott, Lis: - Lis spent 34 years working in music education, latterly as a schools adviser and OFSTED inspector, before leaving education in 2008 to set up her own photography business. She co-wrote a series of books to support the classroom music curriculum. Lis lives in Royal Wootton Bassett with her husband Conrad, with whom she shares a love of music and films. |
