The UH-1N was built in Italy by Agusta, assuming the abbreviation AB 212, which developed the ASW version, used by Naval Aviation (the Navy has always used an electronic warfare version called "Owl"). The Air Force used the AB 212 in the various Link Squadrons, upgrading it to the ICO standard and using it in combat in Afghanistan.
