Issues discussed include, for example, discourse and dialogue modelling in research versus industrial spoken dialogue systems, evaluation, miscommunication and error handling, grounding, statistical and corpus-based approaches to discourse and dialogue modelling, data analysis, and corpus annotation and annotation tools.
