Contributor Bio(s): Gandy, Robert: - Margita Licis and Bob Gandy have traveled throughout the United States together for more than twenty-four years, with Bob traveling for over thirty-four years. The last twenty years, they've framed and sold many of their wildlife photos at art shows. Over the years, they have observed overzealous amateur and professional photographers, themselves included, guilty of doing the wrong things in terms of photographing wildlife. They learned from experience the "dos and don'ts" of wildlife photography. Although Margita and Bob are from Richmond, Virginia, they are passionately in love with the Great Plains and Rocky Mountains.

Bob, a graduate of the National Academy of Broadcasting, has written many radio commercials for local stations and short magazine articles about animals, with inspiration from Margita and his mother. Bob decided to take pen in hand and endeavor to write his first published book. Margita is a graduate of William and Mary College in Williamsburg, Virginia. With her love of geology and the beautiful landscapes of the west, she has helped Bob co-author this true-life observation of the flora and fauna of the American West.Licis, Margita: - Margita Licis and Bob Gandy have traveled throughout the United States together for more than twenty-four years, with Bob traveling for over thirty-four years.
