Contributor Bio(s): Le Garsmeur, Alain: - Alain Le Garsmeur is an acclaimed photographer who lives in Portaferry. He has worked for many international publications, including the Sunday Times and Observer magazines. In 1986 he was awarded a World Press Award for his photographs of China. He moved to Northern Ireland in 1990 and has published a number of photographic books, including Yeats: Images of Ireland, Strangford: Portrait of an Irish Lough and Lough Erne.Baker, Keith: - Keith Baker is the author of four acclaimed contemporary thrillers: Inheritance, Reckoning, Engram and Lunenburg, as well as Lough Erne, with photographs by Alain Le Garsmeur. Inheritance won a WH Smith Fresh Talent Award in 1996 and is on the contemporary fiction syllabus at Queen's University, Belfast. Baker is a former Head of News and Current Affairs for BBC Northern Ireland and lives in County Down. |
