the author
Donald S. Williams cpp served for 20 years as a bomb technician. He was the Bomb Risk Manager for the Sydney 2000 Olympics and Paralympics, for which he received the Olympic Order of Merit and was the Defence Officer at a National Bomb Data Centre. He is a Certified Protection Professional and a Registered Security Professional and is a member of the Institute of Explosive Engineers, the International Association of Bomb Technicians and Investigators and the International Association of Protective Structures. He is widely published with over 100 articles and papers. He has consulted internationally on bomb safety and security. This book is the summary of over thirty years' of thought on protection from bomb incidents and their disruptive effects.
