Contributor Bio(s): Lewis, Marion: - Marion Lewis was born in Iqaluit, Nunavut. She has lived in communities throughout the Arctic including Qikitarjuaq, Watson Lake, Yukon, and Inuvik. Marion was introduced to the imaginative and beautiful world of Inuit traditional stories while studying at the Nunavut Teacher Education Program in Iqaluit. That introduction sparked Marion's love for storytelling and inspired her to write Kaugjagjuk, her first book.Smith, Kim: - Kim Smith has worked in magazines, advertising, animation, and children's gaming. She studied illustration at the Alberta College of Art and Design in Calgary, Alberta, where she currently resides.
