Contributor Bio(s): Attard, Michael Anthony: - About the Author Born in Toronto in 1953, Michael Attard graduated from York University with a Combined Honors in Philosophy and Psychology. He worked in the wholesale grocery industry holding clerical, supervisory and management positions. In 1988 with a plan to have more control over his life he moved to Stratford, Ontario, where he ran a Bed & Breakfast. Simultaneously working in the grocery retail business provided experience working with young people. He later pursued a career in financial planning becoming a certified financial planner. In 2004 he moved to South Korea, working for twelve years as an English as Second Language teacher. Teaching elementary through to high school broadened his perspective on young people. Since retirement in 2016 Michael has taken up writing. He has traveled extensively and plans on seeing more of the world. He lives in South Korea with his wife Osuk.... |
