Contributor Bio(s): Poliakoff, Laura: - Laura Poliakoff is a British writer. After graduating from Bristol University, she worked as a freelance researcher on a variety of film and TV projects. She returned to London to take up a place on the Screenwriting course at The National Film and Television School, graduating in February 2011. Scripts include: Prude (2011), an original screenplay. Film and TV credits: Bertie Crisp NFTS graduation film (2011). Poliakoff was also co-writer of 10' short animation with director Francesca Adams, starring Kathy Burke, Mark Benton and Tamsin Greig. Theatre Credits include: Pablo, a 13' short performed at The Hen and Chickens Theatre, directed by Miriam Lucia. Clockwork, her first full length play, received its first performance at the HighTide Festival, Halesworth, Suffolk on 4 May 2012 |
