Publisher Description:
A recovering addict, a man of God goes years without getting high or using any drugs. Then his world began to fall apart after he accepts his calling. He makes a left turn when he should have gone straight. Subsequently, the man returns to the only pain reliever he knew, other than God. He takes a hit of crack cocaine, believing that his pain would end and he would be able to control the drug. Contrary to what he thought his pain was intensified, with more pain. The downward spiral to death had started over again. It lasted almost ten years. He was confined in jails, prisons and mental institutions. God never adbandoned him; he abandoned God. He tried suicide but the Grace of God would not allow the enemy to take his life. The Mercy of God was protecting him until the man of God came to himself realizing that there was no way he could outrun or hide from God neither his calling. Therefore, he confessed his sins, repented and returned to the Savior. Jesus was waiting on his return with open arms and now the Preacher is waiting on the return of Jesus. Drugs are not the answer to any problems that Satan tries to destroy us with. They are just a temporary pain killer. While easing the pain, drugs will also kill your mind, body and soul. You'll lose relationships with friends, family, and love ones. Drugs will cause you to isolate yourself from the ones who can direct you in the right direction. Your spirit will become so grieved that you'll feel that you can not return to Jesus. This is one thing about drugs that I have learned. If you use them long enough, they will either kill you or lead you to Jesus Christ. Just hold on until you see the light. If you have the faith of a mustard seed, you can say to the mountain" be thou removed from this place". However, you must believe within your heart "with God nothing shall be impossible. Luke 1:33 Do you Believe?
