"Bob" Boulware is a registered professional engineer and President of Design-Aire Engineering, a Consulting Engineering firm located in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is a Life Member of the American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE.org), is past president of the Central Indiana Chapter of American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE.org) and serves on the National Technical Standards Committee. Mr. Boulware is principal author of the ARCSA/ASPE Rainwater Catchment Design and Installations Standard which is being considered as an ANSI National Standard. He is past national president of the American Rainwater Catchment Systems Association (ARCSA.org) and an Accredited Rainwater Systems Design Professional. He is a member of the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials' (IAPMO.org) Green Technology Committee, where he contributed to the development of the rainwater catchment and greywater systems standards included in the 2012 Green Plumbing Supplement and the Uniform Plumbing Code. Mr. Boulware is also on the International Rain Harvesting Alliance (IRHA-h20.org) advisory committee in Geneva, Switzerland. |
