Richard joined Oracle in 1999 and, prior to moving to Oracle Product Development, was part of Oracle Support, delivering and developing support services across a range of applications products, with a large percentage of time devoted to Oracle E-Business Suite. He is a certified ITIL V3 practitioner, a member of the Chartered Institute of Management, and an accredited assessor for the UK Institute of Customer Services, awarding professional certifications to a wide range of organizations. Richard is the author of Managing Oracle Fusion Applications.
