Contributor Bio(s): Loewenthal, Del: - Del Loewenthal is Professor of Psychotherapy and Counselling and Director of the Centre for Therapeutic Education, formerly at the University of Surrey and now at the University of Roehampton, United Kingdom. He is an existential-analytic psychotherapist and chartered counselling psychologist. He recently served for many years on the Governing Board of the UKCP and was Chair of their Research Committee and First Research Conference, which forms the basis of this book. He has co-authored (with Robert Snell) Postmodernism for Psychotherapists: A Critical Reader (2003). He is Chair of the University Psychotherapy and Counselling Association and also Editor of the European Journal of Psychotherapy and Counselling. |
