Contributor Bio(s): Sprouls, Bridget: - Bridget Sprouls is a poet and children's book author & illustrator from New Jersey. She was educated at McGill University, Le Conservatoire de Musique de Québec, and University College Cork. Her poems have appeared in Field, The New Yorker, The Stinging Fly, and elsewhere. She has been a recipient of Eyewear Publishing's Fortnight Poetry Prize and nominated for a Pushcart Prize. Her poetry collection The Remaining Years is forthcoming from Kelsay Books. Her children's books include: Troll at the Train Station, Gnome at the Laundromat (a finalist in the Writers' Federation of Nova Scotia's Atlantic Writing Competition), and Shore Buddies. Sprouls currently lives between New Jersey and New Zealand. |
