As a result, she and her equine partners won accolades both locally and nationally. A graduate of the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology with a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Geological Engineering, as well as a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota, she worked for a time as an environmental engineer before going into business with her beloved husband.
