Publisher Description:

Words Unspoken is a story of love, heartbreak, loss, healing and becoming, carefully curated in the form of free-verse poems, quotes and short-prose; it was written to speak to our hearts, our minds and our souls about the immense capacity humans have for resilience and survival, for becoming and flourishing after having been broken to pieces.

The book is aimed at empowering you to claim your voice back after feeling shattered; it is about claiming your power back and starting to believe in yourself again; it is about changing the narrative of your life and who you see yourself as capable of becoming.

Contributor Bio(s): Coman, Madalina: - Madalina is a writer, poet, mother, wife, and an aspiring psychologist. Madalina has always been a lover of books, words and creative expression. Originally from Romania, Madalina has published extensively in Romanian, but this is her first publication in English; she credits writing with having helped her get through some of the hardest times of her life. Madalina is currently working as a therapist trainee in Northern California while finishing a Master in Counseling Psychology and preparing to apply to Doctoral Programs upon graduation. She finds joy in working with children (as she appreciates their genuineness and lack of layers), as well as working with couples (as she has always been intrigued by the dynamics that make some couple break apart and others thrive). When she is not writing, doing therapy or going to school, Madalina is busy researching ways to advocate for mental health and to eliminate the stigma that is often associated with mental illness. She enjoys writing about love, heartbreak, grief, healing, self-compassion, self-acceptance and self-care.
