Contributor Bio(s): Sharp, Debbie: - Debbie Sharp, Richard W. Chadwick, and C. Roland Earsom have worked jointly to present this pictorial retrospective that provides a nostalgic look back at Murray County s past. They undertook this project of compiling over two hundred previously unpublished photographs with explanatory captions because they felt the need to leave this legacy of things as they were in the twentieth century to the children and adults of tomorrow. The driving force of this project has been the phrase, yesterday s necessities are tomorrow s treasures, only if collected today. |
