Contributor Bio(s): Story, Richard L.: - Richard L. Story is a fifth-generation resident of Wayne and has spent a lifetime documenting Wayne Fire Department history. He served as a volunteer firefighter with the Mutual Aid Fire Squad of Michigan, Inc., and is a member of the International Fire Photographers Association, as well as a member of the City of Wayne Planning Commission and Historical Commission. He has written several histories of local fire departments. |
