Contributor Bio(s): Miller, Fred: - Fred and Susan Miller have written five books on the history of Ocean City. Fred is past president of the Ocean City Historical Museum, which has graciously loaned pictures from its collection for use in Ocean City Baby Parade. Other pictures have come from Mark Soifer, Ocean City s public relations director; Don Kravitz, Ocean City s professional photographer; Dave Nahan, editor of the Ocean City Sentinel; and other local residents.
