Contributor Bio(s): Gabriel, Louise B.: - Author Louise B. Gabriel is the president and founder of the Santa Monica History Museum, the source of this book s evocative photographs. She has served for 28 years as the museum s president and for 23 years as its curator. Her numerous awards include the Award of Merit from the Conference of California Historical Societies.
