He is the owner and director of The Timothy Center, a unique counseling practice in Austin, Texas, that focuses on helping individuals and families find God's solutions to life's challenges. In addition, he serves as an adjunct professor in the master's programs of Liberty University and Howard Payne University. Previously a youth minister at Hyde Park Baptist Church in Austin, Dr. Myers has spent more than twenty-five years writing, ministering, and speaking nationwide on the subjects of discipleship, teenage life and Christian parenting. Myers and his wife, Beth, are the parents of three children.Barna, George: - George Barna currently serves as the executive director of the American Culture and Faith Institute, conducting research on governance, elections, worldview, and cultural transformation. He is the New York Times bestselling and award-winning author of more than fifty books, and his work is frequently cited as an authoritative source by the media.
