Kerr es director del programa para doctorado en ministerio de la Pac-Ram Graduate School of Theology en cooperación con la Shasta Pacific Graduate School. William F. Kerr is director of the Doctor of Ministry program at the Pac-Rim Graduate School of Theology in cooperation with Shasta Pacific Graduate School. He is Professor Emeritus of Systematic Theology at western Conservative Theological Seminary. For 60 years he has ministered in both pastorates and seminaries in Illinois, Indiana, New York, Oregon, California, and Washington.
