Contributor Bio(s): Harrison-Jones, Winterbourne L.: - Winterbourne LaPucelle Harrison-Jones, Academy of Preachers class of 2010, has been a part of the Academy of Preachers since its inception in 2008. A fourth-generation herald of the Gospel, Harrison-Jones holds degrees from Fisk University and Colgate Rochester Crozier Divinity School, and is now pursuing postgraduate work at the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at IUPUI in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a scholar, ecclesial leader, and now author and editor, Harrison-Jones investigates how theological and homiletic resources within Christian traditions are valuable for interpreting and responding to such pressing public issues as economics, religion, race, class, and structural inequality. |
