Contributor Bio(s): Stieglitz, Gil: - Dr. Gil Stieglitz is an author, speaker, catalyst, professor, pastor, counselor, and leadership consultant. He speaks to thousands of people every year about building healthy and successful relationships. Gil currently serves as Discipleship Pastor at Bayside Church, a dynamic multi-site church on the north side of Sacramento, CA. He served for five years as Executive Pastor of Adventure Christian Church in Roseville, CA. He is an adjunct professor at Western Seminary (Sacramento Campus), a church consultant for Thriving Churches International, and Founder and President of Principles To Live By, a discipleship and publishing non-profit dedicated to equipping people, pastors, and churches to live out God's best for them. He has served on the board of a number of non-profit groups to help start churches, revitalize pastors, and rescue minors from sex trafficking and exploitation. He has been a denominational executive for thirteen years with the Evangelical Church of America and was the senior pastor at a mid-sized church in Southern California for seventeen years.
