Contributor Bio(s): Maroney, Amy: - Amy Maroney grew up in a family of bookworms and was happiest perusing the shelves of her local library, checking out the maximum number of books each week and harboring dreams of writing her own novels one day. Now she lives in the Pacific Northwest with her family. She studied English literature at Boston University and public policy at Portland State University, and worked for many years as a writer and editor of nonfiction. When she's not diving down research rabbit holes, she enjoys hiking, drawing, dancing, and, of course, reading. The Girl from Oto and Mira's Way are the first two novels in her historical trilogy, The Miramonde Series. She is currently working on the third book in the series.
