Mrs. Stark loves her friendly little dog Pee-Pee Harley. Every day they take walks together in the local park. But Pee-Pee Harley has a "wetting problem," as his name suggests. Pee-Pee Harley saves the day, and from that day on, he becomes everyone's hero.
