Publisher Description: Feeling sounds simple. But feeling my repressed feelings and emotions from my negative childhood, again, is not easy. Like many other people, I tend to avoid or suppress negative feelings and emotions. As HSP, I notice that quickly and correct myself. Unlike my parents, I think emotions and feelings are just as important as my mind. Working with my own feelings and emotions influences my experience of my life in a positive way. As HSS, I now want to know what feelings and emotions I have suppressed. By trying and experience, now I get used to the handling of my negative feelings and emotions. Even though it is an unpleasant process. I look at the balance in life. There are always negative feelings and emotions. But there are always positive feelings and emotions, too. The more negative feelings and emotions I process, the more positive feelings and emotions I will experience. It is of no use to suppress or avoid emotions and feelings. They are part of life. Feeling belongs to the senses. All my senses function well. The more I process, the stronger my senses work. The more I process, the more my senses will work in balance. My senses influence my way of thinking and my way of life. Life, as I now lead it, suits me and that feels good. |
