Contributor Bio(s): Gazzini, Tarcisio: - Tarcisio Gazzini is senior researcher at the University of Lausanne, where he is responsible for the project 'Foreign Investment in Africa: Gaining Development Momentum', and visiting professor at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. He has previously taught at Università degli Studi di Padova, the University of Glasgow and Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam. He is a member of the editorial boards of the Leiden Journal of International Law and the book series International Investment Law.Nollkaemper, Andre: - André Nollkaemper is Professor of Public International Law and Director of the Amsterdam Center for International Law at the Faculty of Law of Universiteit van Amsterdam. He is also external Legal Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, Member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration, President of the European Society of International Law and Member of the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences.
