He has a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University, focusing on teaching science through the arts. Springer is also a presenter at bilingual and new teacher conferences. Brandy Alexander, M.F.A., is a full time classroom teacher in Los Angeles and a part-time faculty member at California State University, Los Angeles where he also serves as a master teacher for student teachers. He has a master's degree in Fine Arts from California State University, Los Angeles. Alexander also presents at new teacher conferences. Kimberly Persiani-Becker, EdD, is an associate professor at California State University, Los Angeles in the area of Curriculum and Instruction. She received her doctorate from the University of San Francisco in international and multicultural education.
