Huston. Jurjevics, Juris: -Juris Jurjevics was born in Latvia during WWII and grew up in displaced persons camps in Germany before emigrating to the US. He served in Vietnam (1967-68) for fourteen months, nine days, two hours, his departure complicated by the Tet Offensive.
