Contributor Bio(s): Moore, Cecille Thomas: - Cecille "Sis" Thomas Moore was born and raised in St. Boniface, the French Quarter of Winnipeg. She graduated as a Practical Nurse in 1970, and has retained a life-long interest in health, particularly natural health through nutrition and non-invasive means. After becoming a Reiki Master, she registered for the Holistic Practitioner program at the British Columbia Institute for Holistic Studies. When her husband became terminally ill, she took time from her studies to care for him. She learned about the dying process and the healing powers of positive energy, massage, prayer, touch, scent and love. After her husband's death, Sis resumed her studies. She graduated as a Holistic Practitioner and Certified Aromatherapist.... |
