Contributor Bio(s): Paulsen, Michael Stokes: - Michael Stokes Paulsen is distinguished university chair and professor of law at the University of St. Thomas, Minnesota. A graduate of Northwestern University and Yale, he is author of two books and over ninety articles on topics of constitutional law. Paulsen, Luke: -Luke Paulsen is a graduate of Princeton University, where he majored in computer science with minors in classics and humanities. He works as a software engineer in California.
