That means all men have the same blood- no race is greater or better then any other. This is proven by the fact that we can interchange our blood in transfusions. Nazi's or people who hate other races & think they are superior to others dont believe in that sentence. That Christian sentence. This is why there is so much racism in America and Europe, yet we can still interchange blood between black people & white people, between Koreans & Japanese etc. The verse also says that God determined where each border of every nation shall be.
