| Publisher Description: Little Oil in My Lamp is a collection of poems I wrote during the festive season. While people where celebrating Christmas feasting I had a time of fasting and prayer. Not appearing to be super spiritual to fast while others are feasting I had to prepare myself for the new year. During my fasting God gave me these poems. There are times as a Christians, one feels like the foolish virgins who did not bring enough oil to the wedding. Times when a child of God feels like the oil in the lamp is running low. These are times we ask God to "increase our faith". |
