Publisher Description:
This is a young children's fiction book with illustrations. An art project for a creativity class for special needs adults inspired this story. My daughter and I both work with adults with mental and physical disabilities in our small town, Sylacauga in Central Alabama. The setting of the story is in rural areas of Sylacauga, Alabama. The main character, General Victor Byrd with his regiment of soldiers, rescues a flock of Canadian Geese on their way to vacation in Florida. The villain in the story in General Cedric Claw and there is a beautiful love interest named Terri Beak. The story is appropriate for all ages, children and adults. The illustrations are entertaining, as well. Adults will enjoy reading this book to very young children. We hope you enjoy Victorious Victor Byrd as much as we had the joy of writing it.
