Publisher Description:
About the Book Page When I began writing this book I was incarcerated in prison. I was going through a pretty rough time. I was getting off anti-psychotic meds that I had been on for over ten years. I was going through major withdrawals, and many problems were caused due to my incarceration. I had a baby on the way and I wasn't going to be able to see her born. I was also missing my other kids very much. I was hallucinating, and hearing voices. I was very delusional. I was going crazier, and crazier every day. Life just wasn't ok. As I wrote I was thinking about groups, mental health problems, and psychology. Most of the events in this book are a one hundred percent reality in my brain and mind. By writing my thoughts down I have gone through many titles. I have gone through some very spiritual times, to some very unspiritual times. At one point in this book I lost complete faith, and thinking that maybe it was time to become an atheist. The roughest moments in life come out, in parts of this book. There is hope, courage, and strength in my writings. My writings also show many of my weaknesses. There are some fantasies, and unrealities that people go through in life. I write about some of mine in this book. All of my frustrations and confusion's come out in this book. By writing this book it helped me to get stronger, and to feel very much better. So I by the end of you reading this book, I hope you feel very much better, about yourself.
