The following is the transcript of the Sept. 4 LaRouche PAC webcast. Matthew Ogden: Good evening. It's Sept. 4, 2015. My name is Matthew Ogden, and I'd like to welcome you to our webcast here from larouchepac.com. I am joined in the studio tonight by both Jeffrey Steinberg and Megan Beets. Jeffrey Steinberg obviously is a representative from Executive Intelligence Review, and Megan Beets is joining us from the LaRouche PAC Basement Scientific team. We had a chance to meet with both Lyndon LaRouche and Helga LaRouche literally less than an hour ago. Now I have to say that tonight's webcast is being prerecorded; and I have to make that remark here in the beginning, to preface what's about to be said, because the situation is so quickly changing, and a rapidly changing situation is actually the substance of the subject matter of our discussion here tonight. Mr. LaRouche's emphasis in our discussion with him earlier, was that it must be emphasized that the world is hanging in a state of suspense, and that it is very difficult to say one minute to the next, what is about to occur, but the situation strategically is very clear: The world is in a posture of general war, even if general war has not yet broken out, and the opportunity for a strategic game-changer, -an intervention by Russian President Vladimir Putin, especially having to do with the situation in Syria currently, -could change everything about the current world strategic situation. Now, the opportunity for this kind of flank, -of which there are indications President Vladimir Putin is strongly considering something along these lines-is the substance of the discussion that we had with Mr. LaRouc
