The Government is still in charge, and the General still runs the world with an iron fist. The Units follow his commands, and the lives of humans are diminishing. Unit 1108 disagrees with the Government. She finds the way they treat not only people, but Units is deplorable. Unit 5207 has always had qualms with the Government.
